Texas won and the apologists on ESPNU went to work on Sean Sutton's behalf. I think he is in the hot seat. A lot of people in Lexington think he is a really good guy. He was in a horrible situation here at UK, playing for a team as his Dad was being run off as the coach. Apparently he handled it very well. Hopefully he gets another chance or lands on his feet.
Texas has got to be in the conversation for a one seed if they beat Kansas and win the B12. I'd take them head to head against Tennessee on a neutral site.
Speaking of UT, they are in a dogfight with South Carolina right now, up 1 just under the twelve minute tv timeout in the second half. The part of the game I've seen has been real sloppy. A loss by them would open up a one seed for Texas, Kansas or whoever loses the inevitable UNC/Duke ACC final.
Good Big 10 game underway with Ohio State and Michigan State. With all of the bubble teams screwing the pooch yesterday, a win ought to get the Buckeyes back into the conversation.
