UK FINALE

At the end of the day, when you live by the sword, you die by the sword. We've won ten games like that this year and it was about time we lost one. The timing, of course, could not have been worse.

I'm not convinced UK is in the tournament. We are 2-2 since Patterson went out, with a bad loss and our best win coming against a team that got its ass handed to it by Alabama two days ago.

Even if we make it in, this loss is going to bring out a bunch of haters who'll say we only made it in because we're Kentucky.

If UK makes it in, it will only be because they are living on the laurals of past years. No way they are deserving. I know you're wearing your "Kentucky Blue" glasses which are influencing your opinion. That's alright. That's what the "Madness" is all about. Keep pull'n for 'em Scutch.

Funny you should mention it Ron. Word is the committee is saving a spot for UVa, which impressed with its 5-11 conference record, and 18 point first round conference loss.

Ah the Cavs. What perennial disappointments they are. such a mediocre contribution to the ACC. I have never understood why they have not been able to have a stellar team since the bygone days of Ralph Sampson. Trust me, they have frustrated the Charlottesville community for decades. I was hopeing they would have a better showing in the season, but there is no way they should be in the tourny. Talk about shity records and still tourny placement; how about fircken Coppin State. They lost 19 games during the season and low and behold, in the tourny they will be.

You would think UVa would be able to have a good program. Good school, good conference, nice place, some basketball history.
