Big 12

One belligerent poster has clamored for some Big 12 talk. True, there was a 5-12 upset yesterday that I did not mention. I made passing reference actually, by identifying Baylor as a bubble team that spit the bit. In doing so I failed to acknowledge an abysmal Colorado team that pulled off a double overtime upset. My bad.
I wonder who the poster was who wanted me to talk about this?
In truth, the biggest story in the Big 12 yesterday was Oklahoma State over Texas Tech in the "First Annual Nepotism Bowl" featuring coaches Sean Sutton and Pat Knight. Hold on to those jobs for dear life, boys. (You won't get commentary like that on the networks, no sir).
ESPN thinks so much of the Big 12 that the games are on their flagship (not) channel, ESPNU. So apparently I am not the only one who has put this on the back burner.
Since Joe has been a faithful reader and poster, I'll throw the B12 into the rotation. We'll check out his Buffs against Oklahoma today at 3edt. By the way, Colorado won the regular season meeting between these teams, accounting for 33.3% of its conference wins.

Best unsolicted comment from a 5 year old about Sean Sutton:
"I know it's not nice to call people names, but that boy looks like a rat."

Out of the mouths of babes..

Would love to hear your take on Lost (but not Survivor - haven't watched it yet). Z

I have so much hoops swimming in my head, that I can barely remember what happened on Lost. I will tell you this, before the show started, Jenni pronounced that Michael was Ben's man on the boat. I was very impressed.
